Responsibilities

  • HR Administration & Compliance
  • Maintain and update employee information within HR management systems (HRIS) .
  • Prepare employment contracts, amendments, certificates, and related HR documentation.

  • Manage time-tracking systems and resolve attendance discrepancies.
  • Employee Experience & Engagement
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for employee inquiries related to policies, benefits, and HR procedures.
  • Support workplace climate initiatives, internal communications, and employee well-being programs.
  • This role provides essential operational and strategic HR support across the full employee lifecycle, contributing to an organized, compliant, and people-centered work environment.
