In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the efficient operation, maintenance, and repair of equipment and systems. Perform planned and unplanned maintenance on assigned equipment and systems, utilizing safe work practices and efficient methods Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, implementing effective solutions with a detail-oriented and analytical approach Conduct preventative maintenance programs to minimize downtime and extend equipment lifespan Communicate proactively with team leaders and management regarding maintenance needs, service disruptions, and potential improvements Document maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment performance in accurate technical reports Collaborate with fellow technicians and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations and knowledge sharing Mentor and support junior technicians in their professional development and skill enhancement Maintain organized work areas and properly manage tools and equipment inventory Adhere to all safety protocols, compliance standards, and organizational procedures Remain flexible and responsive to changing priorities while maintaining goal-oriented focus on project completion Contribute innovative ideas for process improvements and operational efficiency Provide responsive support to internal stakeholders and customers with a customer-focused mindset Diploma or Trade Certificate in a relevant technical field or area of expertise Minimum 1 years of hands-on experience in a technical trade or maintenance role Proficiency in equipment operation, maintenance, and repair within your area of specialization Strong knowledge of safe work practices and preventative maintenance procedures Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze technical issues independently Solid interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision Strong organizational and time management skills Proficiency in technical documentation and basic report writing Knowledge of safety compliance standards and regulations Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to evolving technical requirements
