- Key Responsibilities and Duties:

- Operate and maintain all assigned equipment safely and efficiently.
- Be directly responsible for all fund reconciliation and inventory audits.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and health/safety regulations.
- General Manager (GM) Requirements and Qualifications:
- Two years of previous experience preferred in a management or leadership role within a restaurant or retail environment.
- Ability to effectively lead in a fast-paced work environment.
- Take accountabilities, especially when things get tough. Always ask "what's mine to own". Admit mistakes and readily take actions to improve.
- Must be able to work a flexible shift, including nights, weekends and holidays.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.
- Ability to bend down, stoop low, and stand for at least 8 hours.
- Ability to properly lift, pull, and/or push up to 50 lbs.
- Valid Driver's License required
