• Valid driver's license; ability to lift 50 lbs.

How You Will Make a Difference Perform preventive maintenance and repairs for HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and life‑safety systems. Respond to work orders and urgent requests; document in CMMS. Support environment‑of‑care rounds; partner with EVS, Security, and Nursing on safety fixes. Assist with vendor coordination and inspections (sprinklers, generators, medical gas). Coordinate with rounding providers and daytime interdisciplinary teams to keep care plans moving. Support safe discharges and smooth handoffs to evening/night teams.
