Responsibilities

  • Management functions include mid to long range planning for project coordination, leading improvement activities and supporting Group Leaders' execution of day-to-day operational processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred, with a minimum of 5 years supervisory experience, preferably in a warehouse, fulfillment, or distribution environment.
  • Knowledge of warehouse inventory management processes, including inventory auditing, product slotting and inventory optimization.
  • Experience with Inventory Management automation such as Vertical Lift Machines and AGVs/AMRs preferred.
  • Experience leading projects and improvement initiatives.
  • Excellent team leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong development/mentoring background.
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve results under pressure.
  • Focused on continuous learning and continuous improvement.
  • Proficient in MS Office and/or related software applications.
  • Flexibility to support all shifts as needed.

Build and execute successful strategies to get results in the areas of safety, quality, delivery, and efficiency. Continuously look for ways to improve and encourage and mentor your team to drive improvements every day. In this role you will have responsibility for the receiving, inventory and staging of component material in the Jackson Plant supporting Faucet Production in a Just in Time environment. This leader will work to develop and execute long term, future state material flows for components coming into the Jackson Plant.
