Responsibilities

  • Develop, manage, and maintain a robust recruiting pipeline of internal LPL advisor candidates through outreach initiatives driven at the firm level
  • Prospect, source, and engage outside advisor candidates through outbound cold calls, campaigns, and responses to internal leads
  • Achieve target outreach goals and maintain consistent follow-up with leads

  • Utilize Salesforce.com to track individual KPIs and understand the impact of lead flow on territory funnel and results
  • Conduct virtual meetings to evaluate advisor business models and assess cultural fit and strategic alignment
  • Collaborate with the VP of Enterprise Advisor Recruiting to evaluate advisors and their business
  • Schedule, support, manage, and attend virtual and live due diligence visits to the FRG and IAN to address advisor questions and concerns
  • Partner with Business Consultants to identify placement opportunities across the IAN network of offices
  • Partner with senior members of the recruiting team for large recruiting opportunities

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of recruiting or sales experience, ideally within the financial services or wealth management industry
  • Highly motivated and resilient by achieving sales targets consistently
  • Core Competencies:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to connect across all levels
  • Ability to quickly build rapport, primarily via phone-based communication
  • Demonstrated commitment to high standards of customer service, timeliness, and quality
  • Professional, dependable, and discreet; able to handle confidential information with care
  • Proven ability to resolve issues, solve problems, and remain positive under pressure
  • Experience with MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, Salesforce, MS Outlook, Quickbase, Smartsheet
  • Experience or understanding of broker/dealers, advisory, finance or sales principles
  • Preferences:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance or related areas
  • Pay Range:
  • $70,967.00 - $118,347.00

Job Overview As the Senior Recruiter, you'll play a vital role in executing recruitment strategies that drive the growth and success of Financial Resources Group (FRG) in the Independent Advisor Network (IAN) affiliation model of LPL Financial. You'll be responsible for identifying, engaging, and attracting top financial advisor talent both internally and externally, while effectively communicating our FRG and LPL IAN models' unique value proposition. Reporting to the VP of Enterprise Advisor Recruiting, you'll be a key liaison between FRG, IAN, LPL Financial, and prospective candidates. You will have multiple business development priorities focused on two main candidate pools: existing LPL advisors seeking more support for their business through the FRG / IAN value proposition, and outside advisors joining the FRG / IAN business model. You will build relationships, guide candidates through the recruitment life cycle, and ensure an exceptional candidate experience. You will also collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to support broader business development goals and maintain a strong, proactive recruiting pipeline.
