Job Title : Radiology service manager Location : Grimsby Start: ASAP Duration : Full time Rate : £40 Per Hour Locum or £55,000 Perm Salary Working hours: Monday - Friday , 40hours per week We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Radiology Service Manager to join our clients team in Grimsby. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in radiography, with proven managerial experience and a track record of successfully handling CQC inspections. This role involves managing a small team of radiographers and ensuring the highest standards of clinical practice. What will your responsibilities be : As a Radiology Service Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the radiography department. Your duties will include managing and supporting a small team of radiographers, ensuring efficient workflow and high-quality patient care. You will conduct and manage CQC inspections, ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards. You will also develop and implement departmental policies and procedures, maintain and monitor equipment to ensure it is safe and operational, and provide clinical expertise in x-ray procedures. Collaboration with other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated patient care will be a key part of your role. Qualifications and Experiences: Previous managerial experience in a healthcare setting is essential Extensive experience with CQC inspections and compliance Clinical experience in x-ray procedures Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent communication and organisational abilities Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities
