Job Responsibilities Design and deliver pre-contracted training, onboarding, consistent activation program/initiatives/ materials and compliance related training including PITA RFP M2 Drive, deliver and monitor start up and activation's KPI (first 30 days, 60 days, 90 days, 180 days, NOC, Persistency, PITA RFP M2, etc. for both financial scheme and year 1 agents Drive, design and deliver advanced sales, product & technical mastery programs, initiatives and materials Partner with product/ marketing teams for product training. Ensure compliance-related training is update Prepare audit-ready training reports and documentation Drive Innovation in digital learning and blended training approaches. Drive collaboration with agency leaders for retention Build, coach and develop the subordinate to deliver impactful, scalable training Conduct Train-the-trainer To facilitate cross-training across other faculty-led programs Ensuring the annual training compliance rate is achieved In charge of training related systems - LMS, Agent portal, etc. Job Requirement 7-10 years in training/distribution with experience in new agent activation Knowledge of adult learning and induction framework Energetic, motivational, and people-focused Strong program designer with digital mindset Organized, adaptable, and able to manage multiple training needs.
