As the Affiliate Strategist you will: Campaign Management: Craft and implement comprehensive strategies and tactical plans tailored to achieving client objectives. Oversee the full scope of affiliate program management, including recruitment, activation, optimization, compliance, creative development, and reporting. Performance Tracking & Optimization: Continually seek innovative solutions and process enhancements to elevate client success within the affiliate marketing domain. Data Analysis & Reporting: Conduct in-depth analysis of program data to identify opportunities for growth and address issues impacting performance. Utilize insights to refine strategies and enhance program outcomes. Collaboration: Mediate partnerships and placements with new affiliates, while maintaining and optimizing relationships with a diverse portfolio of existing publishers. Ensure ongoing communication and relationship optimization with credible publishers. Client Communication: Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, addressing strategic inquiries and account questions. Lead weekly client calls and manage all follow-up communications, ensuring clarity and progress towards goals. Strategy: Develop and implement a long-term affiliate marketing strategy and vision that aligns with the brand's overall goals, ensuring sustainable growth, brand visibility, and the expansion of high-impact partnerships. Professional Qualifications: 5-7 years of experience in online marketing or e-commerce, with significant expertise in affiliate marketing (in-house, agency, publisher, network) roles with a proven track record of executing successful campaigns Deep knowledge of major Affiliate Networks (e.g., Impact Radius, Rakuten Marketing, Commission Junction Demonstrated capability in affiliate recruitment, fraud management, relationship-building, daily program operations, budget management, and analytics Working knowledge of HTML is advantageous Demonstrated success analyzing data and using analytics tools to drive marketing decisions Advanced computer skills including Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively across clients, multiple partner relationships, and internal initiatives. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with external and internal teams. The hiring salary range for this role is $81,000 - $95,000 plus a discretionary performance bonus. Hiring salaries are determined through interviews and a review of education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities of the applicant, parity with other team members, and alignment with market data.
