Join our Technology Team and advance your career as a Scrum Master/Senior Delivery Manager This role is responsible for supporting a portfolio of applications in the Supply Trading and Shipping ecosystem, that assists Finance and other teams by automating tasks. As a Scrum Master/Senior Delivery Manager you are a digital expert bringing deep specialist expertise to bp. work on the strategic technology platforms we exploit from the market or come with deep skills in the implementation and integration of market solutions into our overall technology landscape. You will bring a broad base of Digital technical knowledge and a strong understanding of software delivery principles. You will be familiar with lifecycle methods, with Agile delivery and the DevOps approach at the core. You will be skilled in the core prompting techniques, in the delivery and operation of the technologies you deliver, working as part of multi-disciplinary squads. In this role You will: Support Finance Tech Lead and SAP Enterprise Technology Engineers with SAP and non-SAP delivery management, design, and planning Ensure operational integrity of the ST&S (Supply Trading and Shipping) landscape, aligning with architecture, security, compliance, and policy controls Govern and deliver technology services (internal squads + external providers), ensuring SLOs, performance, risk, and resilience standards are met Identify cross-business issues and drive AI-driven / automated solutions; proactively manage risks and production incidents Safeguard compliance (regulatory & internal) across DevOps and traditional outsourced delivery models Analyze customer problems and inefficiencies, delivering automation-focused improvements Collaborate with global teams, vendors, and partners to ensure efficient, compliant solution delivery Support planning and prioritization with Finance Tech Lead and Product Manager (testing, operations, continuous improvement) Work closely with internal IT, broader ST&S (Supply Trading and Shipping) tech teams, managed service providers, and business partners Note: This role does not include team leadership responsibilities What You will need to be successful: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field Hands-on experience with financial reporting solutions and ETL pipeline development Proven ability to support and enable software development teams in a Scrum Master capacity daily Solid experience across the full project lifecycle , including requirements gathering, testing, deployment, and ongoing support Strong understanding of Change Management and Release Management within enterprise IT environments Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, combined with strong interpersonal and communication abilities Agile attitude with a high level of adaptability and a proactive , problem solving approach Strong command of English (written and spoken) Desirable criteria: Experience with financial derivatives, ideally within energy commodity trading Strong understanding of accounting principles, including derivatives accounting Working knowledge of Azure DevOps, Git, Microsoft Fabric, and SAP (Finance modules) At bp, we provide the following environment & benefits to you: Different bonus opportunities based on performance, wide range of cafeteria elements Life & health insurance, medical care package Hybrid working arrangement aligned with team arrangements and business needs Opportunity to build up long-term career path and develop your skills with wide range of learning options Celebrate in bp's success.
