Responsibilities
- Create, manage, and maintain complex financial planning models to support the annual budget, rolling forecasts, and long-term planning

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required
- 3+ years of finance or accounting experience required
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP functions; experience with Power BI strongly preferred
- Proven record of discreetly handling sensitive and proprietary information
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Customer service mindset when supporting internal needs and communicating with external parties
- Able to work effectively under pressure, balance multiple priorities and assignments, learn independently, and work toward deadlines
- Able to manipulate large quantities of data to build financial models and reporting packages

The starting pay for the successful candidate depends on various job-related factors, including but not limited to the candidate's geographic location, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, education/training, internal value, peer equity, external market demands, and organizational considerations. The Financial Analyst is responsible for assisting in a wide range of FP&A activities and data-driven analytics that support OC Sports & Entertainment. This position will play a significant role in the timely delivery and presentation of the annual budget, rolling forecasts, and monthly reporting and variance analysis.
