ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Maintain, improve, and develop QA/QC program as defined in the Company's Quality Policy standard and control plan. Developing and implementing quality control systems, policies, procedures, specifications, forms, checklists, reports, etc., for services, incoming material, and factory assembly, testing and shipping. Lead on Quality incident 8D . Investigate quality problems by reviewing quality trends, tracking the root cause(s) of the problem(s), coordinating corrective actions, and implanting appropriate adjustments. Resolve inquires to satisfaction in a professional, timely manner, responding verbally and/or in writing. Implement preventive actions to reduce and/or prevent quality problems. Performs internal audits of the operation process using inspection results and statistical techniques to provide timely, accurate process and product analysis. Analysis audit results and determines proper corrective and preventive action. Defines and conducts both systematic/methodical and random/arbitrary tests to ensure proper Quality performance of products. Collaborating with operations and engineering team to develop and implement controls and improvements. Monitoring and analysing quality performance. New product capability, capacity set up, upgrade, troubleshooting and automation. Handle virtual factory synchronization standardization, harmonize best practice. Work with warehouse personnel to maintain incoming material and finish goods storage according to customer requirements with proper traceability. Develops and implements strategies to increase process quality performance through statistical methods and IR 4.0. REQUIRED: Education: A bachelor's degree in engineering (Manufacturing Engineering, Electrical, Chemical, Chemistry, Science), or a related field is typically required. A master's or PhD degree is often preferred or required for advanced technology roles. Experience: A minimum of 10+ years of relevant experience in quality engineering, manufacturing such as FOP - SMT, Flip Chip, Underfill, Die Prepare, Die Attach, Wire Bond, Molding, Know Good Die process or a related technical role is required. Ability to effectively handle significant inquiries and/or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies and third-party auditors. PREFERRED: Previous experience with high volume semiconductor industrial (preferred).
