YOUR MISSION Position Summary: To drive growth for MBO/, SIS & Wholesale in the Footwear Category Buy plan as per the channel requirement and assigned budget Gather Customer requirements and feedback to inculcate into the buys and range assortment Tracking on-time launch, sell-thru & ROS Report to: Manager Buying ( Department Stores, SIS & Distribution ) Key Objectives: 1. Select the right Product Range Choose footwear styles, colours, sizes, and categories that match customer demand and fashion trend Maintain a balanced assortment across price and target consumers. 2. Achieve Sales and Profit Targets Buy Product that generate strong sell - through and healthy margins Optimize pricing and markdown strategies to improve profitably 3. Understand Market and Consumer Trends Track fashion trends, seasonal demand, competitor activates 4. Manage Inventory Efficiently Article level track on over & out of stock for top sellers and slow movers Maintain healthy inventory turnover and replenishment cycles 5.
