Responsibilities
- Collaborate as a key member of a cross‑functional team, adapting effectively to changing priorities while driving results.
- Act as the primary lead for the delivery and execution of complex CardPointe integrations and production initiatives.

- Support production testing, and critical production issues, which may require after‑hours or weekend support as needed.

- Experience you'll need to have:
- Payments Expertise: At least 3 years of experience in Payments Processing (spanning merchant, back-end, and gateway) or in specific API Integration roles.
- Integration & Support: A strong background in technical integrations, specifically supporting Developers and ISVs.
- Technical Integration Knowledge: Hands-on experience working with payment gateway APIs and a deep understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
- Web & Data Fundamentals: Intermediate knowledge of SQL, HTML, and CSS, or a demonstrated ability to learn new technical languages quickly.
- Issue & Knowledge Management: Proficiency in logging, tracking, and managing escalations in Jira, along with experience creating and maintaining technical documentation in Confluence.
- Systems Proficiency: Familiarity with Salesforce (or comparable CRM/case-management platforms) and intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Foundational Innovation: As this is a new team, you must be a critical thinker who is innovative with workflows and ready to help establish and standardize team processes.
- How you'll work:
