Work Model: This is a fully onsite role, with work performed at your designated Regal Rexnord office. ____________________ IT PC Specialist II Responsibility: Provide day‑to‑day technical support for computers, printers, and IT hardware within the factory. Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and related peripherals. Troubleshoot hardware and software issues for end‑users in a timely and efficient manner. Support and maintain the internal network infrastructure, including switches, routers, Wi‑Fi systems, and network cabling. Monitor and provide basic support for local servers, storage, and backup systems. Maintain and provide first‑line support for the CCTV system (both hardware and software). Administer, maintain, and troubleshoot the internal telephone/PABX system. Coordinate with global IT teams regarding server, network, or enterprise system issues and changes. Maintain accurate IT asset inventory, documentation, and equipment lifecycle tracking. Ensure all devices receive regular updates, antivirus protection, and comply with security policies. Assist with IT system rollouts, upgrades, and improvement projects as assigned by the IT Manager. Provide basic user training and support for common applications and collaboration tools. Document incidents, configurations, and standard operating procedures clearly and accurately. Manage IT‑related suppliers, including sourcing, procurement coordination, vendor communication, performance monitoring, and ensuring suppliers meet contractual and technical requirements.
