This role is based in Garín, Argentina (hybrid). Where You'll Make a Difference Provide procurement support for the LATAM market with a focus on Taste raw materials across Argentina, Chile, and Colombia Lead supplier evaluation and selection based on quality, service, cost, and operational capability Analyze business requirements and ensure reliable sourcing strategies to guarantee assurance of supply Participate in the development and execution of sourcing strategies aligned with procurement frameworks Drive productivity, continuous improvement, and value delivery while meeting procurement objectives Identify and develop alternative suppliers through local market research and collaboration with global procurement teams Oversee supplier performance, contract implementation, and resolution of operational issues related to quality, service, safety, and supply Partner closely with demand planning to ensure agility and prevent plant disruptions due to material shortages What Makes You the Right Fit Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field Proven experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain within a manufacturing or FMCG environment Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate business needs into sourcing actions Experience managing supplier relationships and supporting contract execution Knowledge of procurement systems and reporting tools Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills Ability to manage multiple priorities, including urgent and spot purchases, in a fast-paced environment Fluency in English and Spanish (Portuguese is a plus) How Would You Stand Out?
