What the Role Looks Like Providing day-to-day care and emotional support Creating positive routines and meaningful experiences Supporting educational development and opportunities Acting as a key worker when required Contributing to care plans, reviews, and meetings Working collaboratively with therapists, schools, families, and professionals Being active, energetic, and child-focused - no two days are the same Who We're Looking For: You don't need to be perfect - you need to be patient, resilient, and genuinely caring. You'll ideally have: At least 12 months' experience in a caring or support role Level 3 Health & Social Care qualification (desirable) Full UK driving licence (mandatory) Polish language skills (advantageous) Strong communication and listening skills The ability to stay calm and think on your feet Confidence to work independently and as part of a team Professionalism in reviews and multi-agency meetings The ability to engage, motivate, and inspire young people Why You'll Love This Job Because this isn't just a job - it's a chance to make a real difference.
