- Experience analysing data and presenting insights, including trend analysis and identification of outliers.
- Solid understanding of Agile development and DevSecOps practices, including associated metrics and workflows.
- Experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and GIT.
- Strong communication skills with experience facilitating workshops and producing best practice documentation.
- Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, team-oriented environments.
- Demonstrated leadership mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and change management.
