Electrical CAD/BIM Designer [ Up to $4,200 - 6mths Contract - AutoCAD ] (JTYJV)

Requirements

• Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Building Services Engineering or related field
• Proficient in Autodesk Revit (MEP) and AutoCAD.
• At least 2 years' experience in construction or infrastructure projects preferred.
• Familiar with BIM coordination processes and drawing production
• Job scope
• Develop and update BIM models for Electrical services using Revit.
• Prepare detailed 3D models for electrical systems including cable trays, trunking, conduits and equipment layouts.
• Produce shop drawings and coordination drawings based on BIM models.
• Support clash detection and coordination with other disciplines (Mechanical, Architectural and Civil).
• Ensure BIM models comply with project BIM standards and requirements. Update models based on design changes and site conditions.
• Assist engineers and BIM coordinators with model updates and project documentation.

BIM Modeller (Electrical) - 6 Months Contract Office: Jalan Besar / Lavender MRT Project Site: TUAS areas (Transport provided for designation MRT station to site office) Salary: $3500 to $4200 Working days: Mon to Fri 8/8.30am to 5/5.30pm, Sat may need works depends on site (if works 8 hours can claim allowances)
