- 12 + years of experience in designing and developing distributed, and scalable systems, with at least 3 years in a leadership or management role
- Experience in breaking down monoliths into microservices with an emphasis on resiliency
- Proven experience managing and scaling engineering teams.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies, DevOps practices, and modern engineering workflows.
- Experience working with cloud platforms, CI/CD pipelines, and scalable architectures is a plus
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- You understand what it takes to run mission critical software in production
