The role focuses on driving performance through optimized contracting conditions, data-driven decision-making, and strong supplier relationships.
Responsibilities
- Renegotiate contracting conditions with hotel partners to maximize availability, promotional offers, and best available rates, ensuring accurate system loading and strong commercial positioning
- Use company dashboards and data insights to prioritize actions and improve product performance
- Secure new offers and additional availability directly from suppliers, ensuring they are correctly loaded into the system
- Collaborate closely with the Contracting Manager to share insights, align strategies, and drive operational efficiency
- Proactively manage and maintain daily communication with assigned hotel partners to strengthen relationships and performance
- Skillset and Experience Required
- Strong commercial mindset with the ability to negotiate effectively and drive results
- Analytical approach, with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actions
- Excellent relationship management and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams in a fast-paced environment
- High level of attention to detail, particularly in managing contracting conditions and system accuracy
- Proactive, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
