Cybersecurity Operations Manager

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology / Information Systems / Computer Science, Business IT or other relevant disciplines.
• At least FIVE (5) years of experience in operations management
• Preferably with knowledge of cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP) and SaaS delivery models,
• Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks, compliance standards, and incident management.
• Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills both in written and presentation.
• Customer focus and process oriented.

• Ability to balance strategic oversight with hands-on problem solving.

Provide regular performance reports, highlighting achievements, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
