  • You will report directly to the GL Team Lead and regularly collaborate with Finance, Accounting, Audit, and other internal teams across the organization.

  • Reviewing and reconciling intercompany balances
  • Completing balance sheet reconciliations and resolving discrepancies within defined timelines
  • Supporting internal and external audit processes and responding to audit queries
  • Participating in continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization
  • Supporting risk management and business continuity activities
  • Collaborating with the team to achieve accounting targets and deadlines
  • Maintaining compliance with accounting standards, regulations, and internal policies
  • Performing ad hoc accounting tasks with a focus on improving systems and processes
  • Qualifications & Skills
  • 4+ years of relevant accounting experience, ideally within a large and complex organization
  • Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field preferred
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial processes
  • Experience with general ledger, reconciliations, and month-end close
  • Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office tools
  • Advanced English and Czech (written and spoken)
  • Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
  • Good time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
  • Strong communication skills
  • Experience with process standardization and continuous improvement
  • Knowledge of EU VAT
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Positive, flexible, and proactive attitude
