Department Overview The Direct Marketing Organization oversees our marketing growth strategy in close alignment with sales leadership and market strategy teams. We are responsible for generating incremental, marketing-led pipeline while influencing and accelerating high-priority sales opportunities as an extension of the Global Government sales teams. Within this organization, the North America Field Marketing and Campaigns team is responsible for overseeing and executing all elements that drive a campaign. We spearhead competitive, compelling messaging that speaks to our target audience, and determine the optimal mix of tactics-including lead generation, targeted campaigns, events/associations, sales enablement, and "always-on" digital paid media-to achieve our goals. Job Description The Campaigns Manager, North America Direct is responsible for coordinating, executing, and measuring integrated marketing campaigns that drive demand and accelerate pipeline within the public safety and government markets. This role requires a creative, strategic mindset and a savvy approach to campaign content creation. As an analytical and high-energy professional, the Campaigns Manager monitors performance metrics to make data-driven pivots, manages campaign budgets, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. This position works highly collaboratively across the broader Chief Marketing Office (CMO) organization and sales teams to successfully launch impactful marketing strategies. Primary Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to): Campaign Execution & Support: Assist in the planning, creation, and execution of integrated marketing plans for North America, utilizing tactics across email automation, paid/organic social media, events, and digital media. Content & Copywriting: Draft and refine compelling marketing copy for emails, landing pages, social media, and sales enablement assets that resonate with our target government audience. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Field Marketing Managers, Vertical Marketing Managers, Marketing Operations, Product teams, and Sales leadership to ensure campaigns align with business priorities and sales objectives. Data & Analytics: Monitor campaign performance metrics and lead flows; assist in analyzing data to recommend real-time pivots, optimizing campaign efficiency and effectiveness. Budget Tracking: Support the management and tracking of the North America campaign budget, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently. Sales Enablement: Help equip the Global Government sales teams with the campaign tools, messaging guidelines, and collateral needed to successfully follow up on marketing-led leads. Additional Knowledge/Skills: Strong Copywriting Skills: Proven ability to write clear, engaging, and persuasive short-form content (emails, social posts, landing pages). Analytical Mindset: Comfortable working with marketing data and spreadsheets to track performance and draw actionable insights. Collaboration & Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build relationships across marketing and sales teams. Project Management: Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple campaign tactics simultaneously and meet deadlines. Adaptability: A proactive problem-solver who is ready to respond to market shifts and try creative new marketing approaches. Technical Familiarity: Exposure to marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot), digital marketing platforms (e.g., Google Ads & Meta Ads), CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) is a strong plus. Budget Literacy: Foundational understanding of or willingness to learn budget management and tracking. Basic Requirements Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. 1-3 years of experience in marketing, demand generation, or campaign execution (B2B or public sector experience is a plus, but internships/foundational roles will be considered).
