Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound and outbound calls to the Contracting Department.

- Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Insurance industry or related experience is a plus
- Proficient typing skills with a focus on speed and accuracy
- Must have proficient computer skills within the following applications: Microsoft Suite, Adobe and internet business applications.
- Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in documentation and record keeping.
- Proficient computer skills, including familiarity with platforms such as Internal CRM and Slack
- Ability to work independently and collaborate in a team environment.
