Responsibilities

- Education/Training
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics
Requirements
- 8-15 years of experience in railway field services with strong exposure to warranty management and maintenance operations.
- Familiarity with ERP systems, service analytics, and failure reporting tools
- Sound understanding of warranty & maintenance schedules (IOH, POH) terminology of Railways and Metro Railways
- Ready to travel frequently
- Excellent communication skills with written and verbal proficiency in English and Hindi. Regional language will be an added advantage.
