Job Description The B2B Product Marketing Manager is tasked with championing Globe Business' Core and ICT solutions by creating awareness, driving demand, and influencing customer acquisition and usage. This role involves developing and implementing innovative marketing strategies, analyzing campaign performance, and ensuring seamless execution of go-to-market initiatives. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Develop creative and future-forward marketing strategies for the Globe Business Core and/or ICT Solutions to drive revenue and customer engagement. Work closely with the cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing programs to generate awareness and drive retention and customer growth to meet business and revenue targets. Utilize knowledge of the assigned solutions to influence the 7Ps of marketing and create a unique customer value proposition. Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitive efforts to inform strategic planning. Differentiate and position Globe Business against competitors, defining a clear customer value proposition. Lead go-to-market and communication strategies in collaboration with relevant external teams to drive program targets. Recommend activation programs to create awareness, acquisition, revenues, trial, and usage aligned with Globe Business' value proposition. Ensure seamless execution of programs in coordination with support units, partner vendors, and agencies. Collaborate with internal teams and partners to ensure the marketing objectives are aligned with the other departments goals. Measure and report performance of all marketing activities through thoughtful and insightful reporting and recommend continuous campaign enhancements based on learnings and feedback.
