You'll partner closely with leaders across Legal Security, and People Technology to translate business needs into effective hiring strategies, while also helping to build more scalable and consistent approaches to technical hiring across G&A globally. In your first 90 days, you will begin managing a portfolio of active searches, build trust with key executives, and establish rigorous operating mechanisms for search execution. Partner with Security, Engineering, and People leaders to align hiring strategies with evolving business and technical priorities. Develop creative sourcing strategies for niche talent pools, where traditional approaches may not be sufficient. Act as a connector across brands (DoorDash, Wolt, Deliveroo), helping to drive consistency and share best practices in G&A technical hiring. Improve hiring quality through structured assessment, interviewer calibration, and thoughtful candidate evaluation. Contribute to broader recruiting initiatives focused on global alignment, process improvement, and operational efficiency. We're excited about you because... You have 7+ years of recruiting experience in technical hiring (e.g., Security, Infrastructure, Platform, or related domains). You're comfortable operating in less defined or emerging hiring areas and can build structure where it doesn't yet exist. You're a strong partner to both technical and non-technical stakeholders and can bridge those worlds effectively. You bring strong client management skills and can influence and guide senior leaders through complex and competitive search processes. You are a talent advisor who leverages market intelligence, structured assessment, and external networks to shape hiring strategies and outcomes. You have a proven ability to build long-term relationships with senior candidates and facilitate meaningful engagement between talent and DoorDash leadership. You excel in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and bring strong project management, communication, and problem-solving skills that drive impact.
