About the role

As a Senior Analyst, you will evaluate, process and in certain cases, decide de novo charter applications as well as applications for changes in corporate structure or corporate activities by national banks, federal savings associations and federal branches and agencies. This position is located in the Chartering, Organization and Structure business unit within the following locations: Chicago, IL Dallas, TX Denver, CO New York, NY Washington, DC You must meet the following requirements within 30 calendar days after the closing date of the announcement: You must have one year of specialized experience at a level of difficulty and responsibility equivalent to the NB-V band level. Examples of specialized experience for this position include: Applying analytical skills to regulatory, legal, or corporate structure issues, for financial institutions in order to provide independent and informed recommendations; AND Analyzing and evaluating the financial or supervisory condition of financial institutions and writing reports or other documents supporting such analyses; AND Leading high profile, complex, or time-sensitive projects that involve participation and input from a diverse and varied group of individuals. The experience may have been gained in the public sector, private sector, or through volunteer service. One year of experience refers to full-time work; part-time work is considered on a prorated basis.
