Accounts Manager (Immediate Vacancy)

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely and accurate month-end closing process
• Prepare management reports, accounting schedules and reconciliation of accounts.
• Prepare quarterly/annually financial statement, balance sheet and profit & loss statement for the shareholders to review
• Contribute professional analysis and advice on the financial statement and management report
• Have knowledge of accounts payable functions including verifying suppliers' invoices, initiating payments, data entry and maintenance & reconciliation of creditors' ledgers
• Have knowledge of accounts receivable functions including AR ageing, preparing AR reports and monitor cash flow balance
• Perform ad-hoc assignments as & when required

Requirements

• GCE "N" or "O" level qualifications
• At least 1 year of relevant working experience
• Preferably with knowledge of inventory software
• Positive attitude, ability to multi-task
• Detail-oriented and meticulous
• Possess the quality of a keen learner
• A sense of responsibility
• Able to work independently and meet tight deadlines
