Additional Information

As our next Maintenance Team Leader, your main responsibilities will be: Lead, supervise, and support a team of maintenance technicians across two hotel sites Plan and coordinate preventative and reactive maintenance schedules Ensure all work is completed efficiently, safely, and in line with company standards and legal requirements Conduct regular inspections of hotel facilities, identifying and resolving maintenance issues Manage external contractors and service providers where required Maintain accurate maintenance records, reports, and compliance documentation Support hotel management teams with maintenance-related queries and projects Monitor budgets, control costs, and source materials/equipment effectively Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations, including risk assessments and safe systems Proven experience in a maintenance leadership role, ideally within hospitality or multi-site environments Strong technical knowledge across general maintenance areas (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, etc.) Leadership and team management experience Excellent problem-solving and organisational skills Good communication skills and ability to work with multiple stakeholders
