Job Description: Global Job Summary ： Managed power module burn-in platform vendors and drove project progression. Reviewed burn-in board schematics and PCB layouts and led product qualification to ensure compliance with technical specifications. Strictly controlled project milestones to guarantee on-time vendor delivery. Additionally, collaborated with power module engineers to standardize product types, enabling a shared automated burn-in platform for similar products, which effectively improved test resource utilization and reduced development costs. 负责电源模块老化平台供应商的管理与项目推进。审查老化板原理图及PCB布局，主导产品认证以确保符合技术规格；严控项目节点，保障供应商按时交付。此外需要更电源模块工程师合作推动产品类型的标准化，实现同类产品共用自动化老化平台，有效提升了测试资源利用率并降低了开发成本。 岗位职责 Responsibility Review power module's burn-In board schematic and layout from vendor. 审查供应商提供的电源模块老化板原理图和PCB布局； Track project status and ensure strict adherence to the supplier delivery schedule. 监控项目进展并确保供应商按时交付； Evaluate and qualify vendor products to ensure compliance with technical specifications； 对供应商的产品进行认证/评估，以确保其符合规格要求； Standardize product types to enable a shared automated burn-in platform for similar products 规范产品类型，以实现同类产品共用同一个自动化老化平台 岗位要求 Requirement MSEE or equivalent; 应具备电气工程学硕士及等效学历； Skilled in analog and digital circuit design, with ability of analyzing complex analog and power electronic circuits. 精通模拟电路和数字电路，具备分析复杂的模拟电路及电力电子线路的能力； Strong communication skills; English proficiency is preferred. 良好的沟通能力，精通英语更好； Experience in a power industry or power management IC company will be better. 开关电源行业相关工作经验者尤佳。 Monolithic Power Systems, Inc.
