Responsibilities

  • Manage, support, and deliver a variety of mid- to high-complexity events globally-from pre-event amplification through post-event follow-up.
  • Coordinate event workstreams including content development, creative/experiential activations, project management, registration, communications, venue management, and budget oversight.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Event Marketing, Brand, Experiential Activations, or related fields.
  • Experience managing or supporting complex events and working with senior stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and event technology platforms such as Cvent.
  • Willingness to travel for in-person event delivery (approximately 50%).
  • Preferred: Experience within financial services or similarly complex global organizations.
  • Preferred: Fluency in a second language, ideally a European language (e.g., Italian or Spanish), is considered an asset

This individual will collaborate closely with business stakeholders to understand commercial objectives and translate them into compelling, experience-led event strategies. The role directly contributes to BlackRock's brand, reputation, and commercial outcomes by executing high-impact events and driving best-in-class attendee experiences.
