  • Experience filming live events and working in fast-paced, unscripted environments
  • Strong understanding of media workflows including file management, ingestion, and asset organization
  • Clear communication and ability to execute reliably within structured production systems

  • Footage consistently meets quality standards for composition, exposure, and usability in post-production
  • All assigned shoots are completed without preventable technical errors or missed coverage
  • Footage is ingested, organized, and delivered within 24 hours of shoot completion

Role The Camera Operator is responsible for capturing high-quality, cinematic footage across live events, branded series, and internal productions. This role exists to elevate visual output beyond standard coverage by applying strong composition, camera movement, and storytelling fundamentals in fast-paced environments. This is a hands-on execution role. You are operating cameras, anticipating moments, and delivering footage that is immediately usable in post-production. You are not leading creative direction, but you are expected to contribute to shot execution with precision and awareness. You work under the Lead Cinematographer and alongside the production team to ensure consistent visual output across all shoots. You also own the integrity of your footage through proper ingestion, organization, and adherence to media workflows.
