About the role

We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Tester to join our dynamic team in Singapore. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the quality and functionality of our software products through rigorous testing and analysis. Design and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases to identify defects and ensure software quality Perform various types of testing, including functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing Utilize testing tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Appium, JMeter) to automate test cases and improve testing efficiency Analyze and document test results, providing detailed reports and recommendations for improvement Collaborate closely with developers, project managers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and timely resolution of issues Stay up-to-date with the latest testing methodologies, tools, and industry best practices Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail Knowledge of testing methodologies and techniques (e.g., functional testing, regression testing, load testing) Experience with testing tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Appium, JMeter) Proficiency in writing clear and concise test cases and reports Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Experience in agile/scrum development methodologies (preferred) Knowledge of programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, JavaScript) (preferred) Familiarity with test automation frameworks (preferred) Understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) (preferred) Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience) (preferred) We are driven by our AEIOU beliefs-Adventure, Excellence, Integrity, Ownership, and Unity-and we seek individuals who embody these values in both their professional and personal lives.
