About the role
Manage manufacturing operations and the operations strategy for complex electrical equipment products at facility. Labor Burden Variance. Understand how toimprovee productivity, understand cost drivers within plant and have experience. Understand budgeting and financial performance tracking. Understand drivers and inputs for Standard Product / TCO Variable Costing. Responsibility for multi departmental budgets. Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's degree in engineering, Operations, or Supply Chain Financial business knowledge strategy planning experience to operate in business environment. Minimum 10 years of varied management experience in production operations at manufacturing facilities, including responsibility for multiple teams within operations - materials planning, scheduling, and inventory management. Experience in lean manufacturing environment. Bilingual: English and Spanish The Preferred- You might also have: Master's degree Experience with global operations SAP experience
