About the role

They are currently seeking Assistant Director to play a key role in strengthening HR governance, employee relations, and policy frameworks across the organization. Key Requirements Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline. Minimum 8 years of HR experience, with strong exposure to Employee Relations, HR Policy, or HR Governance. Proven experience handling complex employee relations cases and engaging stakeholders at various levels. Strong understanding of employment legislation and HR practices; experience in large organizations will be an advantage.
