Maintain relationships with counselors at international schools/colleges, advisors, and organizations to ensure a steady flow of qualified students. Evaluate recruitment markets and contribute to achieving enrollment targets.Travel domestically and internationally to recruit students; manage graduate and international recruitment travel by planning and executing a combination of international high school/college visits, college fairs, and other recruitment in-person or online events.Assess the eligibility of international applicants by evaluating their academic credentials, make admissions decisions for international undergraduate students, and provide appropriate follow-upRepresent Ball State University to prospective students, their families, guidance counselors, and other key stakeholders in the college selection process. Effectively communicate with varied audiences, provide guidance to prospective students and their families, make decisions on appropriate follow-up actions, and consistently maintain a positive and professional image of Ball State University.Collaborate on the development and dissemination of emails, digital marketing campaigns, print materials, and social media posts to engage prospective students. Ensure consistent and clear messaging across all communication channels to enhance the institution's brand and attract high-quality applicants.Oversee updates to the relevant website and digital resources, such as EducationUSA.
