RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES - Technical Training and Development Process Engineer | Technical Training and Development Division (TTDV) Instructional Design Staff Augmentation [WMATA0013012] Support the Lead Process Engineer; collect and document system requirements; model processes; assist in digital transition; maintain accuracy and quality in execution.. Major Duties and Responsibilities: Conduct Detailed Process Analysis: Map and assess current-state workflows to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and opportunities for digitization and automation.
