Luxarabia Real Estate is looking for an experienced Media Buyer to join our growing marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, launching, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns that generate qualified buyer and investor leads across Dubai's luxury real estate market. Responsibilities Plan, launch, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram). Generate high-quality leads for Off-Plan and Secondary Market properties. Monitor campaign performance and optimize Cost Per Lead (CPL), Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), and conversion rates. Conduct audience research and competitor analysis to improve campaign performance. Manage daily advertising budgets and ensure efficient spending. Create, test, and optimize ad creatives, copy, and landing pages. Track campaign performance using Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Meta Business Suite, and Google Tag Manager. Build remarketing campaigns to increase lead conversions. Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to improve lead quality and campaign effectiveness. Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights. Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends and advertising platform updates. Requirements Minimum2 years of experienceas a Media Buyer or Performance Marketing Executive. Strong experience with: Google Ads Meta Ads Manager Understanding of conversion tracking and marketing funnels. Strong analytical and reporting skills. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. Experience in lead generation campaigns is essential. Competitive salary based on experience.
