Your Tasks: Develop, maintain, and optimize automation workflows to increase efficiency, consistency, and reliability across infrastructure operations Automate the provisioning, configuration, and lifecycle management of infrastructure components, using Infrastructure‑as‑Code principles and standardized automation frameworks Diagnose and resolve issues in automated deployments, performing root‑cause analysis and implementing sustainable improvements Collaborate with global IT and platform teams to align automation approaches, support infrastructure modernization, and drive process standardization Implement security, compliance, and governance requirements within automated workflows, including continuous enforcement of policies and configuration baselines Provide technical guidance and support to internal teams on automation strategies, best practices, and opportunities for optimization You bring in: Technical degree in IT 2-5 years working in IT as an automation engineer Extensive experience in designing, deploying, and operating enterprise-grade automation environments, with strong expertise in SaltStack and large-scale configuration management Proficiency in automating infrastructure and cloud environments, particularly in AWS Strong analytical skills to understand complex systems, dependencies, and distributed environments Structured, methodical working style, ensuring reliability, consistency and traceability Good communication skills in English Familiarity with infrastructure security principles Hands-on experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash, PowerShell) Ability to work within operational frameworks (incident, problem, and change management) while continuously improving process automation and reliability
