Responsibilities

  • Proactively monitor and oversee market and city performance and forecast quality to identify opportunities for revenue growth; identify outliers in performance and take appropriate actions

  • Skilled in using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems
  • Skilled in understanding and applying information to contribute to the organization's strategic plan
  • Ability to communicate in a flexible and effective manner

  • Experience Intermediate level experience, fully functioning broad knowledge in: Revenue Management, Pricing and similar analytical field

  • Excel or similar spreadsheets and relational databases like SQL

Working closely with Commercial leaders and Revenue Management partners, you'll turn complex data into clear insights that guide business decisions at scale. Using tools like SQL and large datasets, you'll uncover trends, solve performance challenges, and continuously refine strategies that drive revenue growth. In this role, your analysis won't sit on a slide-it will directly influence outcomes, helping Southwest stay efficient, competitive, and positioned for long‑term success.
