Responsibilities

  • Apply a product mindset to enterprise IT services, focusing on lifecycle management, user experience, and continuous improvement

  • Define and evolve repeatable integration and deployment playbooks for M&A and office buildouts
  • Partner with product and platform teams to align IT services with broader enterprise roadmaps
  • Identify and drive opportunities to leverage AI and automation (including Agentic AI) to improve IT service delivery, integration processes, and operational workflows
  • Lead programs that incorporate AI-enabled solutions such as intelligent automation, service copilots, and workflow optimization
  • Ensure AI initiatives align with enterprise security, governance, and data privacy standards.
  • Partner with senior stakeholders across business and technology teams to align on priorities, timelines, and outcomes
  • Drive program governance, including roadmap planning, dependency management, risk mitigation, and executive reporting
  • Communicate clearly and consistently with leadership on progress, risks, and value delivery
  • Manage program budgets, forecasts, and cost optimization across integrations and infrastructure initiatives
  • Oversee vendor selection, onboarding, and performance across network, hardware, and service providers

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in Technical Program or Project Management within enterprise technology environments
  • Strong experience managing programs involving infrastructure, cloud platforms, systems integration, and enterprise IT services
  • Proven ability to deliver complex, cross-functional initiatives at scale
  • Experience working in environments where IT services are developed and managed with a product mindset
  • Strong understanding of enterprise technology domains (e.g., cloud infrastructure, networking, identity, security, APIs, and integrations).
  • Demonstrated ability to partner with engineering and product teams to define roadmaps, prioritize work, and drive delivery.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, including executive-level reporting.
