JOB DESCRIPTION Fox Entertainment is looking for an experienced assistant to support to provide administrative support to the Executive Vice President, Creative Advertising at Fox Entertainment. The Executive Assistant will also coordinate department activities and interact with all areas of Creative Advertising & Marketing. Regular, on-site attendance at the workplace for a minimum of four (4) days per week is an essential function of the position. The selected candidate must be able to reliably meet this requirement. A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES Provide administrative support for the EVP, including scheduling meetings, answering phones, arranging and scheduling/coordinating team meetings, setting up messengers, etc. Pro-actively anticipate and coordinate day-to-day activities of the EVP Request drive-on access for guests and set up conference rooms for meetings Manage and process department invoices, expense authorizations, and submissions to Accounts Payable Arrange travel and prepare expense reports Coordinate activities with internal departments, business partners, agencies, and vendors
