Acute Occupational Therapist - Crewe

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality occupational therapy interventions within an acute inpatient environment.
• Support discharge planning and ensure effective pathways for patient transitions.
• Contribute to admission avoidance strategies , working collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team.
• Deliver patient-centered care, adapting to individual needs and goals.
• Participate in weekend and extended hours (8:00 AM - 6:00 PM), subject to discussion.

Requirements

• HCPC registration as an Occupational Therapist.
• Proven experience in acute inpatient care .
• Strong understanding of discharge pathways and admission avoidance.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
