You'll be joining a well-established and growing team delivering a strong pipeline of major infrastructure projects across bridges and ports and marine structures. With a mix of secured projects and upcoming opportunities across ANZ, the team is busy, well-connected and continuing to build momentum in the market. You'll work alongside experienced technical leaders and multidisciplinary specialists, supported by a broader national and global network, giving you both depth of expertise and consistent project exposure. How you'll make a difference Lead the delivery of design packages across major infrastructure projects, including bridges, marine/ports structures and associated civil works Act as the design lead for allocated packages, accountable for scope, program, quality and successful delivery outcomes Coordinate multidisciplinary design inputs (structural, civil, geotechnical, marine, temporary works) to deliver integrated and construction-ready solutions Serve as the key interface between design, construction and client teams, ensuring alignment on methodology, staging, and constructability Drive strong communication and collaboration across internal teams, JV partners, contractors and stakeholders The qualities that help you thrive The following qualifications and experience are highly desired, but if you don't tick all the boxes you could still be a perfect fit for this role. Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (or related discipline) 10-15+ years' experience delivering design on major infrastructure projects (bridges, ports/marine, heavy civil) Proven experience leading design packages through full project lifecycle, from concept through to detailed design and delivery Strong background coordinating multidisciplinary inputs (structural, civil, geotechnical, marine, temporary works) Experience operating in complex project environments (e.g. alliances, JVs, design & construct) Strong understanding of relevant Australian standards and design frameworks Why you'll love working with us Flexible work arrangements, including alternative start/finish times, part-time, job-sharing and hybrid work options Purchase up to 6 weeks additional annual leave per year Volunteer and representation leave Flex public holidays - swap Easter or other holidays for ones that suit you better Ready to push the limits of what's possible?
