Job Summary The Manufacturing Engineer is responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing manufacturing processes to ensure efficient, cost-effective, and high-quality production. This role focuses on continuous improvement, process standardization, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to meet production goals and customer requirements. About your role Design, develop, and improve manufacturing processes, workflows, and production systems. Analyze production data to identify inefficiencies and implement corrective actions. Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies. Support New Product Introduction (NPI) by ensuring manufacturability and process readiness. Evaluate and optimize equipment, tooling, and layouts to maximize productivity and reduce waste. Collaborate with Quality, Production, Maintenance, and Engineering teams to resolve technical issues. Develop and maintain process documentation, work instructions, and standards. Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements. Lead or support projects related to automation, cost reduction, and process innovation. Monitor KPIs and drive actions to improve performance in quality, delivery, and cost. About you Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Industrial, Mechanical Engineering, or related field. Proven experience in manufacturing environments (preferably electronics, automotive, or similar industries). Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, process improvement, and production systems. Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement tools. Familiarity with NPI, tooling, and production line setup. Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate effectively with different teams. Advanced English proficiency. Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems and data analysis tools is a plus.
