Responsibilities
- Provide tactical legal advice and support to internal clients including PBM, pharmacy, specialty pharmacy, government programs, administrative support functions or other areas as assigned
- Perform research, drafting and transactional work in support of legal matters, with a focus on client-facing contracting and support of account management functions
- Advise internal clients regarding compliance with regulatory requirements and corporate policies; develop and facilitate legal training and investigate issues as needed
- Provide client training on legal principles
- Coordinate partnership with in-house and outside legal resources where appropriate

Requirements
- Juris doctor degree
- Current license to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
- 5 years of experience practicing as an attorney or related legal experience in a regulatory or compliance role, with a minimum of 3 years of experience working with managed care companies or other health care clients
- Must be eligible to work in the United States without the need for work visa or residency sponsorship

- Strong transactional skills, including drafting and negotiating complex commercial agreements
- Ability to successfully manage multiple tasks with competing priorities
- Ability to establish rapport and build relationships among all levels of the organization
- Demonstrated ability to distill complex concepts or situations into concise and compelling communications
- Expert communication and influencing skills
- Experience with PBMs, pharmacies and/or health benefit insurers

- Potential pay for this position ranges from $124,000.00 - $211,000.00 based on experience and skills.
