About the role

Our client is an established global manufacturing company producing thermal solutions for the semiconductor, electronics, and industrial sectors. They are currently looking for Production / Assembly Operators to join their manufacturing team. This role involves operating tools, machines, and equipment to assemble products, perform quality checks, and ensure production output meets required standards. Job Highlights: ✅ Working Location: Pioneer ✅ Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.00am - 5.00pm (Stable 5 days work week with office-hour schedule & No rotating shift required!) ✅ AWS + Quarterly Production Bonus + Meal Allowance + Transport Allowance + OT Pay ✅ Training provided ✅ Stable MNC manufacturing environment

Responsibilities

• Operate tools, machines, and equipment to prepare and assemble products.
• Follow work instructions, production procedures, and standard operating guidelines.
• Perform product checking, testing, and inspection according to requirements.
• Ensure products meet quality and production standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of work area, tools, and equipment.
• Complete simple production records such as output, rejects, scrap, and production time.
• Work closely with team members to meet daily production targets.

Requirements

• No prior experience required; training will be provided.
• Prior experience in production, assembly, manufacturing, or quality inspection will be an advantage.
• Able to follow work instructions and work carefully.
• Good attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Comfortable with hands-on work and standing during production.
