Job Summary Synechron is seeking a Full-Stack Developer to build, enhance, and support scalable web applications using .NET/C# , React , and AWS . This role contributes to end-to-end software delivery, from design and development through deployment and production support, helping deliver secure, reliable, and high-performing digital solutions.
